DecAid will generate a ranking of the alternatives you have to reach your goal, by making calculations using the data you feed into the system.
DecAid is a project that was inspired by Dr. Monica Huehner´s Dissertation on the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process in the agricultural field.
AHP is a multi criteria decision method. Its algorithm is the basis for DecAid.
The four pillars of DecAid are:
You have to make a pairwise comparison of the criteria to set/determine which criterion is most important for you.
After studying agriculture with specialization in agronomy, Dr. Monica Huehner, of Zimbabwean origin, took up phD studies at the Faculty of Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences of the Humboldt University Berlin in the Department of Agriculture in the Tropics and Subtropics. With her family living in Slovenia, she again started phD studies at the Faculty of Agricultural and Life Sciences of the University of Maribor Slovenia on the topic: "Application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process for the assessment of agri-environmental measures of the Rural Development Programme", which she successfully completed in June 2015.
